Review of Fruit and nut bar - Marks & Spencer Food (M&S) by andala
Fruit and nut bars or energy bars are something that you should have when you're out hiking, working a physical job and so on because they are quite calorific, yet they are sold as snacks.
I am not a fan of this one at all, it's called peanut and choc chip but there's no visible piece of either. It's a mix of date paste and raisins that has a slight taste of peanuts. Not sure where the chocolate is.
