One of the better vegan nutritional yeast flakes on the market. Has a nice 'cheesy'

& nutty flavour and is very versatile, I add this to soups, salads, casseroles, mash potato or if I want to create a 'cheese' sauce.

Really good addition to pasta dishes and risotto. I haven't tried any other brands but

not massively tempted to, this one is usually available and tastes good
