So, here we go... This an almond-based cream cheese. This is the version "au natural", next time I'll review the chive one.
It is DELICIOUS. It is a little pricey, but I promise it's worth every cent of the price! And not only for the taste (which is phenomenal!), or the texture (so smooth and delicious 🤤), but also for the quality of the raw material.
The almonds come from a small, organic farm (named Fattoria della mandorla), whose production system is based on a short and sustainable circular supply chain. The property is surrounded by native Pugliese wildlife and they use a specific, rare and old almond quality: the Toritto quality. 🚜👨🌾👩🌾
