This is a heat and eat vegan product, that tastes good and is so convenient. I added a small amount of vegan Parm. This company is very eco conscious and will even pick up the boxes and shipping materials at their own cost so they can recycled! MamaSezz is a great vegan meal-delivery service, with food averaging $5 a serving. The Lazy Lasagna is a great meal base - the flavors are a tiny bit on the plain side if you eat it as-is, but you’re encouraged to punch it up (their own suggestions include sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or peas - in my pic I’ve added a can of peas and carrots!) so if you add some fresh veggies and your own seasoning to taste, it really takes it to the next level :)
