This is definitely one of the best, if not the best, plant based cheddars I've had (coming from someone who used to love vintage cheddar, the dairy kind). Good enough to eat on its own, not just grated onto pasta or pizza. Pretty good texture, too (not rubbery). Would very happily buy this again.
I’m hooked! This cheddar block shreds perfectly, melts AND is tasty?! It has a little bit of a cheese pull, but not too much. But that’s not a deal breaker for me🤷🏻♀️. I made Korean cheesy fried “chicken” with this, and was so happy with how it turned out hehe :”>
