Can we please get our labels together? 😓 It says “crispy bacon flavour” on the front, does it not? Tiny as the word is, this #veganbacon FLAVOUR certainly tasted like an artificially crafted #flavouring 🤨 Perhaps it was just a little too alienating for me 😅 I like the taste of #potatoes 🥔 I like the taste of #bacon 🥓 However, it seems they were not worlds I wanted together 🥸 It wasn’t bad by any means. It still had a moorish effect that kept me munching onward 😛 The #potatocrisps tasted like those more mouth-drying yellow potatoes 🤔 With the salty and slightly smoky bacon flavour, it just came off a little overpowering. The crisp was as advertised though so full marks there 💥💯 I think this was somewhere close to $10 as the packaging was pretty up-scale 😮 I can see many people enjoying this but just not me 😗

Mackies crisps are generally good but these are my absolute favourite
These are quite tasty! Probably not something I'd buy often; at least not for $6 a packet. Mackies Crisps were launched in 2009 and the Crispy Bacon Flavoured Potato Crisps were launched in 2011. They have a crisp factory at what used to be a brick factory in Errol, a village in Perth and Kinross. 🏴 #veganisnotscary
Crispy bacon seasoning is one of the key ingredients (rice flour, yeast extract powder, sugar, salt, natural flavoring, and spices). Although it does not have a strong bacon flavor, I like that it is not too salty. And love the crispness!
These are nice and thickly cut, with a bacon flavour that isn't too overwhelming or salty!
