I love love this #kimchi!! 😍 It’s #salty, a little #spicy, and delicious!! There is

#napacabbage, #chilipeppers, #carrots, #greenonions, #ginger. There are 17mg of #calcium, 29mg of #potassium, and 8mg of #vitaminc. We added this kimchi to this recipe:

The flavors are very good for being a vegan kimchi. Normally, there is fish sauce

or shrimp paste. Kudos to another vegan kimchi!

First time trying kimchi it was really good paired so well with my beef ramen,

a perfect flavor combination. I just wish it was a bit more spicy. Always heard kimchi was ultra spicy this didn't live up to the rumors.
