Forbidden Rice Ramen is both gluten free and vegan. The taste is slightly nutty and

I have been trying to have different pastas than just white pasta or white rice.
I used these to soak up the left over take out panang curry I had. The noodles did a great job
I enjoyed this soup I sautéed some veggies and added it to the Ramen
