I’ve always loved this sausage, and have purchased it for so many years, because the

taste is great, and it’s so versatile. Very easy to shape into whatever you need it for. I love to use it on top of pizza. It’s always so good for breakfast sandwiches, and is great to crumble into any kind of pasta as well.

I love this stuff- it used to be my go to but my local Walmart

stopped carrying it. Luckily I found it at #groceryoutlet for only $1.99! It cooks up nicely with a really nice meaty texture with lots of flavor. I was able to roll the sausage into links and bake them- they turned out great that way. Then I tried to use those links to make a pancake sausage on a stick but that failed miserably. I need more practice, LOL. I have another roll that I'll use to make biscuits and gravy and maybe try more pancake sausages.

This has been around for a while and helped make my transition to vegetarianism (eventually

vegan) fairly easy. It surprises me that Beyond and Impossible became so popular so quick, as if they're the first brands to make authentic-tasting meat alternatives, because I felt this way with some of Lightlife products decades ago!

One of my first-time uses with this, and still my all-time favorite, is won-tons. This is one of many comfort foods my mom used to make for me with traditional pork. When I became vegetarian, she substituted with this, and it's so identical to the original, that she still uses this to this day, even though she's not vegan.

I forgot to take a picture of the pack of won ton wrappers, so I'll have to save that for a future review because I love the wrappers I now use, which is also vegan (not all brands are vegan). #rotd
