i enjoy this product. i couldn’t take a picture of the package because i forgot and by the time i was going to do it i completely wrecked it while trying to get it open 😭
i really like the convenience of this packaged #vegangroundbeef . i was a little bit concerned that it wouldn’t hold its shape (i haven’t even used impossible or beyond- i’ve never made #burgers myself tbh) and was surprised to find that the #grounds stuck together very well and kept their shape when i formed them into #burgerpatties ! i was pretty enthused by this. i did season them but i felt like the grounds tasted pretty good. i only made burgers but i feel like this would make an excellent #sausage patty for a breakfast sandwich.
i will say, i #grilled these and they definitely don’t generate the fat that meat does that prevents the burgers from sticking to the grill (which should be clear but i am an amateur griller at best🥲) and they were pretty sticky. just a note!
they weren’t super “juicy”, but i also appreciated how they weren’t oily because the oil texture bothers me more than the lack of this. i still want to try some other brands but i’m pretty impressed with these and i’d purchase them again.
