These fillets made a yummy sandwich and didn't have a super weird texture. My only cons would be the plastic inner packaging as well as labeling as "chicken ", when could be different like some other brands that use different wording. But do understand the marketing to those who have not switched to plant based or still attach a stigma to it.

no, it is not a waffle, it is a plant-based chicken filet. It's a pretty big size. They did an excellent job re-creating the taste of fast food chicken filets. It made a great sandwich with a little avocado, garden fresh tomato, and daiya cheese. Each packet has two of them. I would probably rather have three or four medium size for the price but i made two sandwiches with it. great taste without harming one chicken. #crueltyfree
