Ok so... I did not grow up eating #cheese and this one reminds me of

how it felt when I had my first bite of mature cheese. I #ditcheddairy 5 years ago when I became #vegan and ate lots of #vegancheese since then, including some very very good ones, but none approaching the strength and taste of animal based ones... Until this. I was chocked and thought my friends made a mistake and gave me cheese instead of #cheeze.
Maybe it was past it shelve time maybe it was meant to be like that... I don't know... I absolutely LOVED it.

You know how people say they can’t go vegan because “cheese”? We all know that’s

excuses. I went vegan almost 8 years ago. Even as a French, I did not care I would never eat cheese again, I just did not want to fund any part of the horrific dairy industry. I just did it.

Over the past few years there have been amazing vegan cheese on the market.
I thought that was it.

But this one? It’s the king 👑

I bought it at Al Natura, it was in the dairy section and I almost missed it because of that - but I’ve known about this brand for years so I could recognize it.

Stinky, creamy and sharp taste: this is the perfect camembert. Truly outstanding, like the kind you would find at a high end creamery.

The great thing is also, the cashews are mechanically deshelled.

C'est incroyable comme c'est proche de l'original... j'ai adoré la consistance moelleuse et le goût

de ce fromage végétalien... genre, si je ne lisais pas les ingrédients, je n'y croyais pas...
Mais il était peut-être déjà un peu fort (apparemment il s'affine avec le temps) et j'ai eu la sensation qu'il me piquait... j'espère que cela est dû au fromage et que je ne suis pas en train de développer une intolérance aux noix de cajou... ça serait trop dommage car il est tellement bon!
P.s. il pu beaucoup dans le frigo, il faut le manger vite 😉
