This cookie is huge! Right when I opened the package I got a lovely whiff

of lemon cookie scent! The first bite was not as pleasant. It has a crumbly texture that turns a bit chalky as you eat it and it kinda irritates my tongue The flavor is pretty good. The first bite was a little weird, but the more I eat it, the more I enjoy it.
According to the package, a serving size is 1/2 a cookie which is ridiculous to me- who eats half a cookie? This is just loaded with sugar and I don't think it's worth it!

I love these cookies. They have a good amount of protein and fiber. Great for

a day at the gym. Lemon poppyseed is a flavor that works great in cookie form, and this is one of my favorites. #cookies #protein
