Soft and a little crumbly, not really crisp, more like something you’d dunk in tea ☕️. They’re mildly sweet and have that nostalgic, plain biscuit vibe. Funny enough, arrowroot makes up just 1 percent of the ingredients, which makes the name feel more like a quirky branding choice. Still, they do the job when you want something simple and not too indulgent.

This is made from #glutenfree flour of tapioca, #chickpeas and arrowroot. I can't really taste anything special or distinctive about the arrowroot, except a faint earthy flavour. It is crumbly yet not dry in texture. A pleasant accompaniment to tea instead of digestives, perhaps. #veganbiscuits #sweettooth #vegansnacks
