This Mac was super delicious. Some vegan boxed Mac n cheese can be really bland or texturally not super good. This was not like that. Very flavorful and cheesy. The gluten free pasta was not weird in texture at all. I would absolutely buy again if the store I bought it from hadn’t closed forever. It was also mostly paper packaging except for the sauce powder packet, and the price wasn’t outrageous at 4.89 (and I got it for 50% off that!). It doesn’t mention this in the instructions, but I do recommend add in some butter to the powder and milk mixture as other boxes Macs say you can. I would also say that we only boiled the pasta for 15 minutes rather than the 20 minutes the instructions suggest, and that was plenty of time. #veganmacncheese #tasty #cheesy #macandcheese #paperpackaging

This Macaroni was recommended by Food Fight our local vegan store, and Omg! They were so right, it is delicious!!! I can't wait to go back and get a few of this. We loved it.
