Perfect for athletes. We use it in every meal (2 small spoons) when cooked (soups,

peas, pasta dressings etc) and make them more thick. Not suitable for a shake after gym though. Moneywise, it was on the same level like non-vegan proteins. Also approved by our nutritionist.
