🍵🫘🍰 This tasted really good. Really glad that I got this as a take away
from the pop up collaboration with Lilac Oak. The texture is kind of like fusion. Not exactly a typical Western cake nor a Asian cake. Kind of like mooncake but with more cake texture. The red bean is mashed really just right with the smooth and chunks. Matcha x Adzuki flavour - what can go wrong! The refined sugar alternatives work fine too. Would look forward to exploring oil free and whole food plant based alternatives. #vegancake #vegandessert #veganinsingapore
