I’ve tried the rolls and liked them from this brand but this one was eh.
I didn’t like the chewy texture of the tuna. I ended up eating mostly the rice mixture and threw in some avocado. Prob would not buy again.

The frozen nature of this makes it taste pretty bad even when thawed. The rice
doesn’t recover well from being frozen. The fake fish isn’t bad.

Yum! This was so good! The rice was soft, yet really filling. The veggies, seeds
and legumes add a lovely texture variation, as well as the almost realistic chewy tuna cubes. And the delicious citrus ponzu sauce together with the mango pieces add a really complimentary sweet tang to the dish. Not to mention all the beautiful colors that can be found in this bowl.
I think these are great for a quick prep meal or for on the go. Although they do recommend microwaving it for a minute, I was still able to have it warm by way of using hot water. I was surprisingly full after eating this too. And I love that they add a compostable fork for you as well. Seems like they think of everything.
One (278g) bowl provides just 280 calories from 5g of fat, 51g of carbs and 8g of protein. The (15g) sauce packet provides 50 calories from 4g of fat and 2g of carbs. I love that this has an ample amount of protein in it. There’s also 50% of the RDA of iron in this. 🤩

When craving a poké bowl I now know where to go! In my freezer 🤣!!
I’m truly loving the Konscious poke bowls and this tuna poké bowl does not disappoint! The bits of tuna are so realistic it’s crazy!! Chewy texture and the color alone easily fooled my husband!
Flavors are all spot on and the citrus ponzu sauce packet to drizzle on top is so tasty!
This bowl consists of rice, edamame, corn, mango and plant based tuna!!
