Review of tuna poke bowl - Konscious by glutenfreevee

Yum! This was so good! The rice was soft, yet really filling. The veggies, seeds and legumes add a lovely texture variation, as well as the almost realistic chewy tuna cubes. And the delicious citrus ponzu sauce together with the mango pieces add a really complimentary sweet tang to the dish. Not to mention all the beautiful colors that can be found in this bowl.

I think these are great for a quick prep meal or for on the go. Although they do recommend microwaving it for a minute, I was still able to have it warm by way of using hot water. I was surprisingly full after eating this too. And I love that they add a compostable fork for you as well. Seems like they think of everything.

One (278g) bowl provides just 280 calories from 5g of fat, 51g of carbs and 8g of protein. The (15g) sauce packet provides 50 calories from 4g of fat and 2g of carbs. I love that this has an ample amount of protein in it. There’s also 50% of the RDA of iron in this. 🤩
