Unfortunately these were really disappointing. The onigiri are frozen. There are three preparation methods

listed; I followed the directions for the thawing method. The rice was hard and the onigiri started falling apart while eating it. There was very little filling and it wasn’t that flavorful. The gochugaru and sesame seed dusting on one side was nice but couldn’t save it. The texture was horrible. Perhaps another method would have worked better as the rice could have steamed a bit? I’m not sure why the thawing method was listed if it wouldn’t result in a good experience though. Definitely not worth it for me to try again.

I was excited to find this product at my local weaver street market. It

was easy to prepare, I just put it in the microwave for 30 seconds on each side. It was perfectly cooked and the rice was surprisingly fluffy. There are two in a pack, but one was filling enough for a snack. I didn’t love the flavor of the filling, it was a little too vinegary for me. #veganonigiri

Wow! Another hit! Love love love this!
This were a tad spicy, had a delicious mushroom,

I’ve been eyeing up this brand for a while, and finally saw them on sale,

so picked up some #onigiri as a snack for our weekend travels. It was pretty good! A hint of spice, and the rice maintained its texture even after being frozen. I let it thaw for a few hours and that seemed to work pretty well, apparently you can also microwave or run under hot water. I kind of wish that there was more filling and that it was a bit more flavourful. I have to say, this is quite expensive at almost $10 CAD for only two onigiri. I don’t think I would purchase from this brand again unless it was on sale unfortunately! #veganonigiri #vegansushi #vegansnacks

These are insane, just like

everything else they offer! The flavor is spot-on, delicious, and fresh-tasting. The only ding is that the rice doesn't stick together well enough and I made a mess 😭
