Delicious and tastes exactly like (nay, better than) cream cheese.
Has a strange texture when first spread, but oh my gosh is it tasty. Perfect on toast, mixed into stuff to make it creamy - mushrooms- so nice. Unlike koko hard cheese it doesn’t seem to have the coconut flavour, which is perfect! Can’t wait to get it again and try to do some sweet stuff with it!
Quite neutral which makes easy to have as a base but on its own might be to plane.
Been tough finding a good cheese this is definitely a good choice.
