Has a strange texture when first spread, but oh my gosh is it tasty. Perfect on toast, mixed into stuff to make it creamy - mushrooms- so nice. Unlike koko hard cheese it doesn’t seem to have the coconut flavour, which is perfect! Can’t wait to get it again and try to do some sweet stuff with it!
