Brilliantly named knot nutty cheese. It shaves off well which is always a good sign
but I didn't test its meltyness. Taste is good though. Got a nutty and definitely cheese taste and texture #greyton

I’ve seen a lot of good reviews of this Knot cheese, but I can’t decide
if I like it. It definitely melts a lot better than most cheeses I’ve had, but the taste itself? I don’t know. I think they labelled this incorrectly as well, the sticker on the back says this is supposed to be mozzarella, which it definitely is not. I prefer this one over their actual mozzarella variation.
I definitely don’t enjoy this enough to pay the full R75, but I might consider buying it if it’s 75% off again.

Have seen everyone raving about how "cheese" like this cheese is so I was so
excited to try it. Made a toasted cheese sandwich with some vegan polony, onions and tomatoes and the cheese turned to sauce and almost dripped out so I didn't like that. However, it was very tasty. I don't know if I will buy it again, it is a bit more pricey than my regular vegan cheese that melts better than this
