Super glad I tried these. Delicious! These store well in the freezer, which is one of the reasons I buy them, for the convenience. This one goes great with a vegan Alfredo sauce with extra sautéed mushrooms on top.

Soooo good! Kite hills cheeses are always amazing and with the mushrooms it is a wonderful combination! Definitely get yourself some to try out !
There's only 10 pieces. This was always too expensive for me to try out until it went on sale. But now that I've tried them, along with a very rich Sun-dried Tomatoes Sauce I made, I now realize that this is actually quite filling. Just 4 pieces filled me up. I'll be enjoying leftovers with a salad, so I think 3 pieces will suffice, making this package good for 3 meals for me.
