Picked this up to make a cream cheese frosting for my carrot cake ! 😋🥕 It was so good and I grew the carrots myself ! I don't usually buy cream cheese because it seems like a bagel thing and I don't buy bagels either lol. But this brand was the cleanest ingredients of the alternatives I could find for cream cheese. It worked great for the frosting so I'm sure it's a good one !

🇺🇸 As I’m in #florida we wanted to try to recreate this #sandwich from the Sanibel Cafe where we went every year when I was growing up. It was on a sweet dark #raisinbread with #creamcheese #pineapple #tomato and #cucumber. 🍍🍅🥒It’s a very unique sandwich that is usually closed. The bread we used wasn’t quite right but it was close. I got this plain Kite Hill cream cheese and it did the job. It’s made from #almondmilk and #livecultures so it’s surprisingly healthy. I’m very happy to finally try this brand and would love to try their other products. I’d get this again if I needed a plain cream cheese. It’s a bit pricey but quality usually costs. This is pretty good but super expensive near me and I only buy it when I find it on sale and even on sale it’s pricey. There are better alternatives for the price but I’m glad we have this vegan alternative on the market and available.
