🇺🇸 As I’m in #florida we wanted to try to recreate this #sandwich from the Sanibel Cafe where we went every year when I was growing up. It was on a sweet dark #raisinbread with #creamcheese #pineapple #tomato and #cucumber. 🍍🍅🥒It’s a very unique sandwich that is usually closed. The bread we used wasn’t quite right but it was close. I got this plain Kite Hill cream cheese and it did the job. It’s made from #almondmilk and #livecultures so it’s surprisingly healthy. I’m very happy to finally try this brand and would love to try their other products. I’d get this again if I needed a plain cream cheese. It’s a bit pricey but quality usually costs.
