ravioli is Mama Mia! Chef’s kiss delish! Absolute perfection.

Tonight, I tossed a handful of leftover diced sweet potato on top for a quick & tasty Sunday night supper. Kite Hill makes restaurant quality ravioli - its as good as any fresh pasta I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. Happy cooking! 🍳

Oh my! Delicious little pockets of yumminess!! Creamy almond milk ricotta and sweet butternut squash

I’m typically a huge Kite Hill fan, but I just didn’t think these ravioli were

worth the price. I wanted the filling to be more flavorful, but, for what it’s worth, it IS a good cheese ravioli replacement. Cooks the same, same filling consistency, etc. I just wanted more flavor. (I like their tortellini better, but I don’t have a photo of that one.) #seattlevegan #ditchdairy

This non-dairy, no-allergens ravioli was really satisfying! You’d think you’d want a cheese-like ingredient to

hold the butternut squash filling together — well this filling, made with an “almond milk alternative,” hit all the spots. Happy. Now it needs to go on sale ‘cause it’s not cheap. #veganisnotscary
