Didn't expect much but was pretty good. The outsides are chewy and no idea if it's supposed to b that way. Thanks Pierre for the gift

Love love love their pastas! Made this with some violife plant butter and follow your heart Parmesan. Side of asparagus, yummy! Sometimes I add a little brown sugar to the butter too 😁

Tonight, I tossed a handful of leftover diced sweet potato on top for a quick & tasty Sunday night supper. Kite Hill makes restaurant quality ravioli - its as good as any fresh pasta I’ve ever had. These are so delicious just like everything Kite Hill makes! They are easy to freeze and use as needed which is awesome. Sadly, I’m having trouble finding them in my usual stores, hopefully they haven’t been discontinued.
I really enjoyed this. I haven’t had seasonal pasta since becoming vegan almost 5 years ago and it was really nice to be able to get something different. I’m so happy to see all the new vegan items over the years
