These are so delicious just like everything Kite Hill makes! They are easy to freeze and use as needed which is awesome. Sadly, I’m having trouble finding them in my usual stores, hopefully they haven’t been discontinued.
I really enjoyed this. I haven’t had seasonal pasta since becoming vegan almost 5 years ago and it was really nice to be able to get something different. I’m so happy to see all the new vegan items over the years
