Smooth texture and almost refreshing flavour! I’ve never had non-vegan blue cheese but I liked this one. It’s strong but not too much, balances with other foods well.

Seguo questa azienda inglese da una vita e finalmente ho provato un loro prodotto. Questo Blue imita, ma direi solo nell’aspetto, il gorgonzola. È saporito, leggermente acre, con queste venature blu dovute alla #spirulina. Si stende anche bene e si scioglie facilmente, l’ho messo anche nel risotto al radicchio e non è stato affatto male.
Got this to try as it was half price but it was really not to my liking. Really didn't like the flavour unfortunately... Not for me! Has anyone else had this and enjoyed this? Not sure if mine was bad as it was near sell by date or if the flavour just wasn't for me?
