I never liked real brie cheese. But I can’t get enough of this stuff. The consistency is creamy and soft yet firm, and the flavors just pop. It’s beautiful on some toasted baguette, accompanied by a pear and a crisp, dry white wine.

This is the creamiest cheese. It's so good. The cheese is smooth and mild but flavorful. You can tell how much goes into making these small batch cheeses. I love everything I've tried from Kind Kitchen. I had the brie-ish on crackers but imagine it would go really well with sandwiches maybe grilled cheese. Definitely recommend.
SOOOO GOOD! I heated this up a little (because I always did that with brie) and it was very creamy.
