I LOVE this family owned & operated company-their products & values are awesome. Their Kimchi Mayo adds something a little different to wraps, sandwiches and marinades. Spicy, Creamy & the tiniest bit Sweet-it was really nice with baked tofu & greens. I’ve also tried in mixed into ‘faux’ tuna salad-it was not bad but created a pretty intense flavor-lol. It’s got a certain earthy funkiness to it-but in a good way. It took me a moment to warm up to it but now I love it! #catsofabv #catsofabillion Ruby was cut off before any ‘taste testing’ happened.

Super yummy. I like this on my sandwiches and burgers :) a little dollop in my ramen goes really great too!
This stuff is soooo good. I love the taste of kimchi and this captures it perfectly in a sauce. There’s not much mayo flavor but I don’t mind that as I don’t like mayo much in the first place. But it is creamy. Definitely try this if you like kimchi or korean food.
