Found this vegan Kimchi in my local Asia Market. When I tried it the first time it had a really strong taste of sparkling water, which I'm not used to with Kimchi. When I ate from the jar the second time it was way better.

I very much like this brand's kimchi. Great to eat just as it is, on the side or in kimchi pancakes. A bit pricy but very good. I'd buy it again.
Kimchi vegano perché senza salsa di pesce! Sapore piccantino perfetto.
All'inizio non sapevo che farne, lo mangiavo col pane e non ne capivo il senso. Poi ho avuto la rivelazione di scaldarlo e farci saltare del riso basmati, LA SVOLTA. E niente, è cavolo in agrodolce fermentato e piccante. Mi piace molto. Ecco, evitiamo di farci derubare 14 euro all'esselunga e facciamo un salto nei negozi orientali, lì costa 5.
