I am tasting oats for the first time in my entire life, so picked this one from Kellogg's. These rolled oats are easy on pocket and made life easy with a quick breakfast!

I generally use it to make oat milk. Simply add 1 cup rolled oats +

3 or 4 cups water to a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then strain through a towel 👌🏿
