Chilli vegan bolognese sauce

I made a lasagne using grain free mushroom lasagne sheets, slices of fresh tomato, grilled

brinjal slices, this ready made mince and an oat milk cheesy sauce. I used 3 bags (buy 3 pay for 2) for two generous portions and it was a hit! Heated it all in the micro when the power came back on and we have a winner.

Absolutely enjoyed this chilli sauce from checkers 😋😋

I thought these Kaama frozen products were a cool find. Quite convenient when you want

a relatively quick meal and you don’t want to put much thought into it 🍝

I enjoyed the chilli vegan bolognese sauce, it was indeed spicy, but I liked that.

This tasted too sweet and only slightly #spicy. It's ok in a bind but nothing

that I'd easily buy again. 🍝
