me away. We had this in a vegan breakfast sandwich and it was scary how much it reminded me of fried eggs. The texture was on point and didn't feel doughy or chewy, and the taste was nice a subtle. Highly recommend this if you can find it, although there are a few homemade JUST egg recipes I've seen online that I might try 🤫

it would taste a lot more like real eggs. I’ve tried this product once before months ago. I tried out the “egg” salad #sandwich recipe on Just Egg’s website and it was pretty good! This time, I tried it out in a sandwich with #vegan #cheese, #lettuce, and #mustard. I know, it was very plain. Haha. As I was eating it, I thought of all the ingredients that I should have added to it, but I was honestly a little lazy to add them to the sandwich 🤷🏻♀️ lol
