I like how easy it is to use but to me shop bought pastry is always too sweet tasting for me. I'd like it to be a bit more salty. It's better the next day. I use it mainly for sausage rolls.
Surprisingly this was my first time ever baking with puff pastry. I found this at Walmart and filled it with a blend of Beyond meatball, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. They turned out fantastic! The dough was so easy to work with and baked quickly. I’m excited to make these little bites for our next holiday! This puff pastry was so yummy and flaky! I made sausage and veg pasties for supper this evening, using this pastry and Impossible sausage, and they turned out delicious. In fact, my husband said they were the best pasties I've ever made! Great product!!❤
