Surprisingly this was my first time ever baking with puff pastry. I found this at Walmart and filled it with a blend of Beyond meatball, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. They turned out fantastic! The dough was so easy to work with and baked quickly. I’m excited to make these little bites for our next holiday!
