WARNING: this really looks like meat!! Also sorry for poor pictures my roommates cooked this.

Was pretty expensive i was told but i think it was very good and a great gift to buy and cook for someone who is veggie but misses meat. The texture is on POINT and i thought the flavor was too but my roommates said they could kinda taste the ā€œvegan-nessā€ but the added flavors mask it. Its honestly creepy and i cld only eat a little at a time

Wowie. I've been hearing about Juicy Marbles for a while, but they're pretty spendy and

have been sold out here and there. I've also never been much of a steak person, so I was more waiting for @jonok to get them and let me try. I'm glad it arrived in the mail right before we left for the cabin. We were able to throw a couple medallions on the grill with some asparagus for a fancy cabin dinner. We only seasoned it with salt and pepper so we could really get the flavor for this first time. I'd recommend seasoning it more or basting. I added some chimichurri on top of the steak and that really made it special. The taste is similar to Beyond Meat, but more subtle. The texture is pretty cool. It has long, but tender, fibers which kind of reminds me of a pot roast. The nutritional information surprised me. I was expecting high protein, but 26g is incredible! It's also nice that they added 80% DV of B12 and 4.7mg of iron. It's nice that it has the nutritional benefits of a traditional steak, without all the icky and evil stuff too. One loin is $60, or you can get three for $165. If you sign up for their emails, you can sometimes get coupons for 15% off. $60 seems really high to me. There are about six servings per loin, making it $10 per serving. Maybe that's close to the price parody with traditional steak? #veganmeat #vegansteak #protein #b12 #iron #peaprotein #grilled #american #chimichurri #cabin

We ate this for Christmas dinner and I thought it was delicious! However, it does

need lots of seasoning (like meat would). We used rosemary, thyme, red wine, salt, garlicā€¦ it smelled incredible while baking and the kids enjoyed it also.
