Vegan Salted Caramel Ice Cream

I want to say that this is way too sweet but it’s salted caramel so

I think I was asking for it… 🤣

Also not sure if it’s just this tub but the caramel syrup separated from the oat cream, so a layer of syrup went to the bottom, a layer of ice cream was sandwiched in the middle, and some oat cream formed another layer on top. The middle ice cream layer was creamy & tasty albeit quite sweet though!

Super tasty ice-cream! Would highly recommend. It's not as pricey as some of the other

brands but doesn't skimp on deliciousness or presentation,!
I was particularly happy to be reassured I'd made a good decision when I tucked into it in bed at mid night !

This #icecream is made of sterner stuff, it somehow doesn't go all melty and slushy

with time, but stays together/intact throughout 🙂 The #saltedcaramel was flavourful without being overpowering, but that of course didn't stop me from adding loads of toppings of my own 😛 A great advert for how you lose nothing deciding to #ditchdairy 💪
