This was okay. The powder was not mixing well with the almond milk and plant-based butter so there were some hard clumps of the powder. I picked the clumps out. I cooked for nine minutes like the box said and the pasta came out a little tougher than regular pasta but when I reheated leftovers they got softer. The flavor is okay but I’m not sure if I was mostly just tasting the vegan butter I used because the powder didn’t seem to mix well and the sauce still looked pretty translucent.

I didn’t know what happened with this product. I mean, the pasta is good but the sauce… O-M-G. They really need to improve the recipe. The color didn’t help at all; it was whitish instead of yellow (such as other Mac & Cheese I have tried): It looked insipid and it tasted exactly like that. Let me be clear: It was not too bad but it was disappointing. :(
This Mac and Cheese is healthy and smart for family meal time. It is a favorite for the children and pairs well with mashed potatoes and green beans. #veganmacandcheese
US Review; I can’t remember if I found this at Target, Walmart or Publix but it was one of those 😂 This was our last box of US mac and cheese so there was some sadness (for now!), but I thought this was so tasty.
