out there there are very few gluten free options. Unfortunately the flavor wasn't great it was incredibly sweet and didn't taste like white cheddar. I had to add a ton of seasoning for it to taste good.
of Jovial before, and they were on sale at Whole Foods! This Mac and cheese is made with brown rice pasta to make it gluten free. The cheese powder needs to be mixed with vegan butter and just 3 Tbsp of plant milk. Like many boxes of mac and cheeses, I thought the sauce was fine, but i still added plenty of nooch, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to make it even better. I also added in some peas for a little more substance. jam than traditional boxed mac, than you may love it. I love that it was gluten free (and obviously vegan!) and I jazzed it up with some spinach and seasonings. Not bad but there’s other brands I prefer.
