This is a great product to have on hand if you make anything that needs soaked cashews. If I forget to soak (which is often!), this can whip up cashew cream in a hurry. It’s the consistency of nut butter and can turn into cream or milk depending on how much water you add. I love the cashew cream! I added to my mashed potatoes and it was a hit!
I prefer the cashew to the almond because the flavor is a tiny bit richer. If I'm using it for baking, I don't notice a difference, but in smoothies or cereal, this is a low waste, shelf stable option.
Probably wouldn’t buy it again because I’m too pay to make it but it’s great in case you run out of other milks. Taste like cashew milk.
