Found this #aperolspritz in a can during our vacation on La Palma island, and it was an exacting imitation!! It captured that wonderful bittersweet flavor, a light but present bubbly, and was super refreshing during those hot August days. Plus, having it in a can meant not needing to buy the big bottles that would be a challenge to drink in a week. Spotted this while shopping at the El Paso #hiperdino, one of their best supermarkets that I've seen, with loads of vegan products. The vegan symbol is proudly displayed on the front of the can and is what caught my eye.
