I have had a weakness for #orecchiette ever since visiting the #puglia region of Italy years ago. This version appeared at Italian Week at #lidl so into the shopping cart went! It cooked very nicely, al dente at about 12 minutes, and then I combined it with my simple tomato sauce. They provide excellent nutrition and only have one ingredient: #semolina wheat. Priced at 1,99€ for the 500g package which is recyclable.
