I have had a weakness for #orecchiette ever since visiting the #puglia region of Italy years ago. This version appeared at Italian Week at #lidl so into the shopping cart went! It cooked very nicely, al dente at about 12 minutes, and then I combined it with my simple tomato sauce. They provide excellent nutrition and only have one ingredient: #semolina wheat. Molto buone, packaging #riciclabile. Ci mettono molto a cuocere ma le preferisco alla pasta normale come consistenza
Sono molto buone. Le mangio volentieri con tutti i tipi di verdure e poi le condisco con un po' d'olio, aglio e lievito alimentare.
Orecchiette Italiamo di Lidl, buone e perfette sia nella versione tradizionale con le cime di rapa o in altre ricette più fantasiose. Attenzione solo che in cotture tendono a impaccarsi l'una nell'altra.
