I cannot believe that this is only half a portion! If I ever quit tech

though, I think I know what I’m doing next 🤭 What do you think of my #foodporn? The packaging says this serves 2, but with @m1tch9i and I splitting a portion 2 ways and our other housemate taking a full portion himself, none of us could finish the meal. I can say we didn’t try though, cause this stuff was amazing! 😋 Jokingly, my housemate told me to check my BP before and after the meal. I usually suffer from low BP & have been advised by my doctor to up my salt intake. This definitely accomplishes that! The #miso base, if you’re not careful to portion enough water, is saltier than the black sea 🥵 Oddly though I found that adding some mala #chillioil actually tones it down. Michelle can back me up here; It’s a miracle! ✨ I now finally get what people were raving on about with this product. It’s the best damn #instantnoodles I’ve ever had 🥲 You’re telling me that this flavour came out of a box & it only took 70s for this amazing texture of #noodles to prepare? Okay Ippudo, you win 🙌 Now just add vegan options to your dine-in menu year round, then we’ll talk 🤝 #bestpicks

Heaven spoke to me from a cooking pot today ☺️ Or more accurately, from a

beautiful box with several sachets designed for unboxing joy 😊 If this #lazyvegan can get a bowl of delicious, fully vegan #ramen in about 15 minutes (and even then, most of that time for prepping ingredients; noodles themselves took 70 seconds in boiling water!), then what excuse does anyone have really? 😛 I could wax lyrical about the #spicy #miso, the flavoured oil, or the meatiness of the base, but the best part about this was how perfect the texture of the noodles was. Seriously 😋

If this came from heaven, then @dafnelately was the angel 😇 Ippudo has stopped selling these in Singapore, and this last surviving box in fact expired in May, but once upon a time a pastor told me that heaven is eternal so 🤷‍♂️

Quite expensive at $29.90, I bought it from Oosh! Nosh! Fashionable Food at Northpoint.
Soup

tastes superb and very quick to prepare as the noodles only need to be boiled for 1 min 10 secs.
There are 4 noodle sets but seems to be meant for 2 people to share as there 2 chili and 2 oil packets but 4 broth packets.
I had 1 chili or 1 oil packet per noodle serving and substituted with my own chili or oil. Might have been better if I used both the chili and oil packets together.

Soup is quite good. 2 pax portion. There are 4 packs of soup base and

4 x noodle bunches with 2 packs of red miso and sesame oil. I don’t really like dry kinda ramen so i only made a portion instead of 2. The next time I can use whatever seasoning to spice it up while enjoying the creamy soy milk soup base. 🌱🫶🏻

Found this during a rando ramble at the FairPrice at Kovan.
As with most Japanese

products, the packaging was really pretty. It’s made to serve 4 bowls of noodles.
The taste was really really good! Especially the soup base. The chilli sauce that comes along with it was awesome.
Price tag was slightly steep. I wouldn’t make this a weekly affair.
