Innocent plant-based milks are my favourite as they have no added sugars, chemical preservative and
oils.
This almond milk has very little carbs but is higher in fats and proteins. A great addition to my shakes. Calcium content and source (natural seaweed) is ideal for those who need more calcium.
The negative side is that it's a bit expensive, especially since it's not even a 1L bottle.
