Innocent plant-based milks are my favourite as they have no added sugars, chemical preservative and oils. This almond milk has very little carbs but is higher in fats and proteins. A great addition to my shakes. Calcium content and source (natural seaweed) is ideal for those who need more calcium. The negative side is that it's a bit expensive, especially since it's not even a 1L bottle.

I never really understand why people love almond milk so much. Its so bitter and not creamy and just WATERY, for no reason 😀 BUT LIKE ITS NOT THE WORSE THING EVER. I’d just much rather have Coconut milk, and from this brand it’s quite expensive for something that just tastes like water with a hint of almond 🥲
