Impossible Bratwurst

Since it is #SaturatedFatSaturday, i could eat a full link (high in saturated fat) but since this is also high in sodium, i'll limit myself to a half link. #sausageSaturday

I have never been the biggest hot dog fan (veggie obviously) but I've always loved veggie brats. Back in the day I loved the #Boca brand brats. I think those might have been vegetarian though, not vegan. Anyway, I really like these Impossible Foods brats. They taste different than the #Beyond Brats, but I really can't say I have a favorite between the two. I like them both. I do think these are a bit less greasy. I also remove the edible casing, but some of my friends leave them on. All personal preference. These had a really nice flavor and texture. Compared to other brands, these taste much better. And cook much better! They brown nicely in an air fryer. Filling. Even my meat eating friends enjoy these. Will purchase again!

I love how they make an Italian sausage as an alternative to just having other sausage
