ma senza burro. I pezzetti di cioccolato sono stupendi e quel pizzico di sale rosa dell'himalaya crea un contrasto delizioso. Peccato contenga molti grassi vegetali ma vabbè, è stato una buona merenda. 🍪

As a hardcore fan of the original cookie made by Il Mondo di Laura, I

had to try also the biggest size of the famous Pepy-ta cookie.

Perfect as a snack, a tasty treat or as a breakfast cookie, Pepy-ta will satisfy all your dark chocolate cravings at the first bite.

In my opinion, the addition of a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt it’s what makes the difference in the recipe.

In addition to this, the brand produces locally in my town, Rome, and it is vegan and dairy free. Suitable for kosher & parve.

Absolutely recommended if you are in Rome or in Italy - you can easily find it in most supermarkets.

Biscottone artigianale al cacao con pezzi di cioccolato e sale rosa dell'Himalaya. Croccante, cioccolatoso al

punto giusto e con quella nota di sale finale che va a smorzare il gusto del cacao. Davvero davvero buono!

Ottimo mega biscotto, molto cioccolatoso ed il sale dell'Himalaya gli da quel twist in più.

È abbastanza grande e direi più che perfetto per uno sfizio dolce durante la giornata.
