una valanga di aspettative su questo formaggio Veg osannato da tutti come il migliore, similissimo al Camembert, divino ecc. e tra poco facevo una teca nel frigorifero per tenerlo in perfette condizioni.
Pagato un occhio e un rene in negozio e per fortuna ho risparmiato le spese di spedizione, me lo sono “regalata” per natale (da studentessa diciamo che più i miei genitori hanno pagato).
Apro i 400 packaging di cui uno in plastica, taglio, assaggio e… BOH.
Data di scadenza ok ma il sapore non ricorda per un cavolo il brie. La “crosta” è quasi piccantina ma all’interno il tutto mi sembra sciapo e proprio fortemente vegetale (tipo i primi formaggi veg), anche se la consistenza è buona.
Poi continuo a mangiarlo e sclero a pensare a quanto diavolo mi è costato e pensando che con quei soldi un ristorante vicino a me fa una degustazione di formaggi veg spaziali.
Magari proverò altri prodotti ma questo proprio non mi ha convinto.
