Non il mio preferito. Un po’ troppo salato. Di base lo trovo veramente simile al muffervert se non per un leggere retrogusto di vino, ma di base è veramente uguale. 📍ilcashewficio
Prodotto interessante, formaggio stile brie a base di anacardi. Bella crosta e interno leggermente cremoso quindi piacevole. La presenza del vino rosso non aggiunge nulla, a mio parere, proprio perché totalmente impercettibile al palato. Comunque buono!
Assurdamente delizioso, lascia in bocca un sapore buonissimo e la stagionatura è ottima
