You might ask why I’m reviewing a bag of peanuts 🥜 but this is no ordinary bag of peanuts but something I found at 7-11 on my last trip to #hongkong. I love anything that’s advertised as spicy and the ingredients list was surprisingly clean so I had to get them. And they were so good! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ and just the right amount of salt. Best part, the bag is packed with #sichuan peppercorns which create an incredible numbing sensation in your mouth. I’ve seen a bunch of reviews on abillion of these from other parts of the world including a bag in Spanish. So if spicy nuts is your thing see if you can find these!

My mom is addicted to these peanuts. Its not spicy and is quite savoury. Just try to avoid eating the sichuan peppers (U WILL PERISH DUE TO THE SOUR AND NUMBNESS) and chilli flakes + pieces (if u cant stand the spicy) 2 packets for SGD8.90 (bought it from redmart) *I have no idea why they decided to tape the two packets together* Overall, I would recommend these to peanut lovers. Because wow. Also.. after purchasing these peanuts, be careful of where u store them. becuz someone may steal them. ;) (i often come home to find the peanuts gone. i mean. HOW DOES ONE FINISH IT ALL WITHIN 2 DAYS *sob*)
Loooove these peanuts, used to eat them a lot in China, the Sichuan pepper is great and they are not Too spicy, just the right amount! 🌶

Mala snacks are the new salted egg yolk and are all the rage. My cousin got these on Red Mart and sadly they weren't any good. There was little to no mala taste on deez nuts! Rather disappointing, I'd just stick to the ones from Ooh sg next time.
