I was really happy with the meal I made with this #tofu ! I pressed it but maybe my pressing method was uneven or wrong because the tofu couldn't handle the weight and kinda splooged out and was broken. Oh well, I thought then I'd finally try just ripping the tofu in pieces as I've seen some recipes like that and it looked fun . My haphazard pressing did remove quite a lot of water anyways. Then I marinated the tofu for a few hours, spread the pieces out on parchment paper and baked it with a tiny bit of cornstarch hoping it would get crispy. The result was delicious salty marinated tofu chunks, softer than I envisioned but crispy around the edges. Will definitely repeat this method again ! #tofulover
